Personal data policy

1. General provisions

This policy describes how the personal data of visitors to port443.uz is processed. It has been prepared in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Personal Data”.

By submitting a request through the form on the website, you consent to the processing of your personal data under the terms of this policy.

2. Controller

The personal data controller is Andrey Lysov, self-employed, Tashkent, Republic of Uzbekistan.

Enquiries about the processing of personal data are accepted via the contact details listed on the “Contact” page.

3. What data is processed

• the name you entered in the form;
• your contact details: Telegram username or phone number;
• the topic of your request and the message text;
• technical request data: IP address, browser information (User-Agent), date and time of submission, page language.

The website does not use web analytics, advertising trackers or cookies to track visitors.

4. Purposes of processing

• replying to your request and discussing the project;
• preparing an estimate and a contract, and performing the contract;
• protecting the form from spam and abuse (technical data).

5. Where and how data is stored

Personal data is stored on a server physically located in Tashkent, Republic of Uzbekistan. Copies of requests are not forwarded to e-mail inboxes or external CRM systems.

Access to requests is password-protected and available only to the controller.

The controller receives a Telegram notification about each new request containing only the name and the topic. Contact details and the message text are not included in the notification.

Data is stored no longer than necessary for the purposes of processing and is deleted at the data subject’s request, unless the law requires otherwise.

6. Disclosure to third parties

The controller does not sell or disclose personal data to third parties, except as provided by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

7. Your rights

• to know whether the controller holds your personal data and to receive information about its processing;
• to request correction, blocking or deletion of your data;
• to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data.
